NACAA 2023 Hybrid Spring Membership Meeting

NACAA will hold its 2023 Hybrid Spring Membership Meeting on Tuesday, May 9 and Wednesday, May 10, 2023 (ending around 3:00 p.m. MT on May 10), at the Sonesta Denver Downtown, in Denver, Colorado.  The NACAA Board of Directors and Committee Chairs’ Spring Meeting will be held on Monday afternoon, May 8, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. MT.  Information on how to register for the Membership Meeting and make hotel reservations is available onlineClick here for a FINAL agenda.

 

Option 1 – Attending in Person

 

Registration is free for in-person attendance. All attendees who plan to attend in-person are responsible for making their own hotel reservations directly with the Sonesta Denver Downtown by calling (303) 573-1450 and mentioning the NACAA Spring Membership Meeting room block or by going online.  The deadline for making your hotel reservation is Friday, April 14, 2023.  NACAA has negotiated a government per diem rate of $199 per night plus applicable taxes.  We cannot guarantee the group rate after the cut-off date so please make your reservations as soon as possible.

 

Once you register for the meeting, if you need to cancel your attendance for any reason, it is imperative 1) that you contact Monique at NACAA (mfaye@4cleanair.org) to cancel your meeting registration AND 2) that you contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation.  Sleeping rooms must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival time to avoid a cancellation fee.

 

Option 2 – Attending Virtually via Zoom

 

Virtual participants also need to register to attend the 2023 Hybrid Spring Membership Meeting!  Online registration is available at https://web.cvent.com/event/5be6ce18-125d-4284-baf5-4507ac596b66/summary.  The registration fee for those participating virtually is $100. Once you have registered to attend virtually, you will receive an e-mail letting you know how to register with Zoom to receive your login credentials for each day.
