NACAA 2020 Virtual Spring Meeting Notice

MEETING DESCRIPTION: Join NACAA for our 2020 Spring Membership Meeting!  Although we won’t be able to run the meeting we’d planned in person in fantastic Phoenix, Arizona, that won’t stop us from getting together.  We’re excited to “see” you online for half-day sessions on May 18 and May 19.

WHAT: We’ll run some of the most critical sessions from our planned in-person meeting via webcast over two days. We have terrific speakers lined up.  You can view the agenda here.

WHEN: We’ve kept the original dates of the Spring Membership Meeting we had to cancel because of the coronavirus: May 18, 1:00-4:15 pm Eastern and May 19, 1:00-4:15 pm Eastern.

WHERE: Wherever you want!

HOW: We’re going to use a WebEx platform to webcast the meeting to wherever you are.  If you have internet access, you’ll be able to participate.  We’ll also have a call-in line available if that works better for you; we’ll post the slides in advance so you can follow along.

HOW MUCH: Free

WHO: You!  If your agency is a NACAA member we invite, and encourage, you to join us.

WHAT DO I DO NOW: Register! You must pre-register for each day of the meeting separately using the day-specific registration links below.  In return, you’ll receive a confirmation email for each day for which you register.  Each confirmation email will provide log-in information, unique to you, for that day, as well as the call-in number for that day, if you would prefer to participate that way.  Be sure to take note of your log-in information for each day; since it is unique to you, you will need to keep it handy for the meeting.  Also, please plan to login 20 to 30 minutes before the start of the meeting.
