NACAA 2023 Fall Membership Meeting

NACAA will hold its 2023 Fall Membership Meeting on Wednesday, October 18 and Thursday, October 19, 2023 (ending around 3:00 p.m. on October 19), at the Hilton Alexandria Old Town, in Alexandria, Virginia.  The NACAA Board of Directors and Committee Chairs meeting will be held virtually during the week of October 9.

 

The meeting will feature sessions where state and local officials like you can share your experiences and best practices, hear from experts from industry and NGOs, and interact with EPA officials.  It will also offer a chance for you to spend time with your colleagues from agencies around the country!  To facilitate more meaningful interaction between our federal, state and local attendees, this meeting will be held in-person only.

All attendees who plan to attend are responsible for making their own hotel reservations directly with the Hilton Alexandria Old Town by calling (703) 837-0440 (the group code is 45701 for the NACAA room block) or by going online to  https://group.hilton.com/p9lwx3. The deadline for making your hotel reservation is Friday, September 22, 2023.  NACAA has negotiated a government per diem rate of $257 per night plus applicable taxes.  We cannot guarantee the group rate after the cut-off date so please make your reservations as soon as possible.

 

Once you register for the meeting, if you need to cancel your attendance for any reason, it is imperative 1) that you contact Monique at NACAA (mfaye@4cleanair.org) to cancel your meeting registration AND 2) that you contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation.  Reserved rooms may be cancelled without charge or penalty until 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.
