Testimony of Erik C. White (National Association of Clean Air Agencies) before a Virtual Public Hearing of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, “Control of Air Pollution from New Motor Vehicles: Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Standards.”
NACAA submits comments on the proposed National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Coal- and Oil-Fired Electric Utility Steam Generating Units – Revocation of the 2020 Reconsideration, and Affirmation of the Appropriate and Necessary Supplemental Finding, which were published in the Federal Register on February 9, 2022.

NACAA Submits Testimony to the House Appropriations Committee, Subcommittee on Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies, regarding the FY 2023 Budget for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Today, NACAA submitted comments on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) proposed rule, “Standards of Performance for New, Reconstructed, and Modified Sources and Emissions Guidelines for Existing Sources: Oil and Natural Gas Sector Climate Review,” which was published in the Federal Register on November 15, 2021 (86 Fed. Reg. 63,110).
