NACAA and AAPCA Seek Deadline Extension for EPA Power Plant GHG Rule Comments (May 30, 2023)

The National Association of Clean Air Agencies (NACAA), together with The Association of Air Pollution Control Agencies (AAPCA), has requested a 30-day extension of the deadline for submitting comments on U.S. EPA’s recently proposed rule addressing greenhouse gases from power plants.
